What data we process
You do not need to give any data to take the practice test or download the PDF. Your answers are marked in your own browser and are not sent anywhere.
At the moment the website does not ask for or store email addresses or any other personal data.
As with any website, the hosting server records technical data about the visit, such as your IP address and browser, to serve the page and protect it from abuse. The fonts are loaded from Fontshare, which receives your IP address when serving them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on data. It is only processed by the technical providers that make the website work (hosting), under a data processing agreement. Some may be outside the European Union, and in that case the transfer is made with the safeguards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to hello@linguaskillacademy.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at aepd.es.
